Director, Writer, Actor

Takaya Lloyd is an Okinawan and Egyptian director, writer, and actor characterized by thoughtful narratives and unique imagery. His short film EGRESS was awarded by the Russo brothers (Marvel's Avengers) in their No Sleep 'Til Film festival. As an actor he has had roles in LEGION (Marvel), ON THE VERGE (Netflix), and his pilot HAPA has screened at venues such as HAAPIFest, CineAsian, and AFFLA.

Takaya is also a classically trained visual arts alumni of the Pinellas County Center for the Arts (PCCA), and a retired world champion ballroom dancer.
